Includes organizing, decluttering, and rearranging your things and using them in ways you hadn’t thought of before! …A fresh perspective applied to using your own decorative items.
Full Day Home Staging , Organizing, or Interior Redesign: $600
For homes that need more attention or are over 2000 square feet.
Mini-Staging or Interior Redesign: $350
This service is for homes that need extra direction and expertise and are less than 2000 square feet. We will transform the main areas of the home by rearranging your current furnishings.
Shopping Service: $50-75 per hour
We’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that you need to complete the look you want. Inexpensive yet effective purchases make a huge impact!
Consultation: $120
This online or one hour session provides you with recommendations on what you can do to maximize your home’s appeal.
Open House or Photography Staging: $195
Before your open house, we’ll come in like a whirlwind and spend two hours fine-tuning your home so it shows its best for your open house guests. This is not a full service staging day, but a quick fine-tuning of the details buyers will notice. Staging alongside your Realtor’s professional photographer, we will tweak each shot for maximum impact in your MLS photos.
Closet Organization and Wardrobe Consultation: $75 per hour
If your closet is in need of an overhaul, we can help. We’ll recommend which items to toss, which to keep, and invent new ways of using the items you already have. If you need help purchasing new key elements for your wardrobe, we offer a personal shopping service too!
