Preparing a home for sale can be overwhelming.  We make the process as simple as possible by creating a tailor-made plan that will highlight your home’s best features, using minimal investment for maximum appeal. 

Consultation and Proposal:  $100
This initial meeting includes assessing the best course of action to take in maximizing your home’s appeal.  During a walk-through, we will view each room through the buyers’ eyes, identifying its problem areas and the best features to highlight.  A proposal will be provided based upon the amount of work needed to gain a speedy sale for the highest dollar amount for your home.  A $50 credit will be applied to future staging services. 

Top Ten Priority Report:  $195
This customized report is for homes that need only a little extra direction.  It focuses on the ten most important things the seller should do right away to increase the value of their home and obtain a faster sale.  

Mini-Staging or Interior Redesign:  $350
This service is for homes that need extra direction and expertise and are less than 2000 square feet.  We will work from our eight-step Action Plan making dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home.  In order to complete the look of each room, we will place some of our own high-impact accessories and create great photos you or your realtor can use in marketing your home.

Full Day Home Staging or Interior Design:  $600
This service is for homes that need more attention or are over 2000 square feet.  We spend a full day assessing your existing furnishings, transforming your home into a buyer’s dream.  At the end the day you’ll have a show-ready home, photos for you or agent to use in your marketing effort, and visuals of what inexpensive accessories to purchase. 

Open House Spruce Up:  $195
Before your open house, we’ll come in like a whirlwind and spend two hours fine-tuning your home so it shows its best for your open house guests.  This is not a full service staging day, but a quick fine-tuning of the details buyers will notice.  Accessories from our own inventory will be available for rental during your open house weekend. 

Closet Organization and Wardrobe Consultation:  $100 per hour
If your closet is in need of an overhaul, we can help.  With over twenty years of retail fashion experience, we are experts at helping you tweak your wardrobe.  We’ll recommend which items to get rid of, which to keep, and invent new ways of using the items you already have.  If you need help purchasing new key elements for your wardrobe, we offer a personal shopping service too!  You’ll be amazed by the transformation our expertise will provide.   

Shopping Service:  $75 per hour
We’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home.  Inexpensive yet effective purchases make a huge impact on your home’s appeal.
